G.Y.M product delivery capability consulting project was officially launched

In order to seize the opportunity of yongxiong's steady growth for three consecutive years, continuously improve yongxiong's market share and customer satisfaction, and expand yongxiong's brand competitiveness, the meeting announced the launch of a project jointly participated by the functional departments of the group and yongxiong's team. The project cycle is two years and is divided into three stages, covering research, scheme formulation There are three stages of program implementation and follow-up visit.
At the meeting, general manager Ou Yaojin made a speech, hoping that the project will be highly valued by yongxiong team. He mentioned that the lean and 6S management projects launched in October 2021 focus on technical standards, on-site management and application control of informatization, which need to be optimized from the behavior level, awareness level and tool level. At the same time, it is pointed out that the project needs to start from the four management dimensions of enterprise operation, operation process, resource allocation and performance evaluation, so as to improve the internal operation efficiency of the enterprise.
At the meeting, Yang Xinzhi, the project director of the group, gave a detailed introduction to the basic situation, time, objectives and development form of the project. It also points out that under the national policies of vigorously promoting specialized and special new enterprises and intelligent digital transformation, yongxiong's products and brands have an absolute competitive advantage. We hope to work with yongxiong team to study the bottleneck problems restricting the development of enterprises, optimize them one by one and continuously improve them.
At the end of the meeting, Ou Shulian, general manager of Guangyi group, delivered an important speech, affirmed the brilliant achievements made by yongxiong team in the past 14 years, and made it clear that enterprises should always put market share and customer satisfaction first, make good use of one standard and two cores, analyze problems and find bottlenecks with preventive and corrective measures, and tackle key problems one by one with innovative thinking.
